Earlier this summer, Hurricane Ida took a devastating toll across many parts of the country. Countless people were displaced, many homes were damaged or destroyed, and very tragically, many lives were lost.

To lend a helping hand, the AnswerForce Giving Back program donated to 15 food banks across the region. By enabling thousands of meals and food packages, we are hopeful that the kindness of our customers will make a difference when it matters most.

Being present in times of need is second-nature to supportive small businesses.

Many of our customers come from the home services industry. They are electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists and restoration companies. Every day, these service providers dedicate their time and talent to improving the homes of folks in their community. Whether routine or urgent in nature, their actions and devotion showcase what it really means to be a good neighbor.

They may be fixing a burst pipe, restoring power after a storm, or dealing with mold remediation after a flood.

They may be helping a school reopen, confident in the knowledge that the ventilation system can safely process airborne particles.

As trade and service professionals, and as professional receptionists representing those companies, we are a community of people who care. And we will always be thinking of how we can help, when it matters most.
